After the disappointing Easter weekend at Lydden Hill in England Hedströms Motorsport travelled home to Torsby in Sweden to improve the car of Peter. Last Saturday the team went to Momarken in Norway to test the new Škoda Fabia. But there were not many practice laps done before its engine broke and the testing came to an early end. Later on it was not much time for to fix the car, before the journey to Portugal and Round 2 of the RallycrossRX series started already on Monday morning.

“We had not enough time to fix the set-up of the Fabia the way we wanted it. Now I hope for rain in Montalegre, as it is much easier to prepare the car for a wet track. And as I’m quick on wet surface some rain would suit me a lot down there”, said Peter before leaving for the Portuguese round of the FIA European Rallycross Championship to be held the coming weekend at the Pista Automóvel de Montalegre.
