Peter Hedström: “We went to Lydden Hill in England with high hopes, but the tough Easter weekend did not turn out well for us. We had a lot of problems and were trying to get the new Fabia at least as good as the 2012 car. But in the end we missed the finals and had to go home without any championship points.”
“Next week we are trying to change some things and settings till we are satisfied, and we promise to go well prepared to the second RallycrossRX round in Portugal, that will take place at Montalegre on April 27 and 28.”
“For our second driver in the team, Norwegian Knut Ove Børseth, it all went much better at Lydden Circuit. However, after a false start in his semi-final he had to drive two “Joker Laps” instead of just one, with the 8th place overall as his final result. Life is not all cakes and ale and we need to leave the event in England behind and look forward to the next RX round in good mood.”
